As the process evolves, so do your goals.  For example, one client had a long list of goals that we formed onto a hypnotic tape.  Instead of focusing on the overwhelming task of achieving several long- and short-term goals, her initial goal was simply to listen to her tape every day.  Over time, she began to meet her larger goals, sometimes with no apparent effort. Intention also plays a monumental role.
