Physical and emotional ailments often have an underlying cause that runs deeper than it may appear.  You can learn to communicate with your body on a cellular level and learn from it.  For example, a client once presented with a pain in her back that had been present most of her life.  Through this technique, she learned that she had placed an energetic “shield” between her shoulder blades as a child in order to protect herself from the harsh words in her household at the time.  When she was guided in removing the blockage, after learning its purpose, her pain disappeared.  By recognizing the original purpose of the block, she was able to see that she no longer needed it, and therefore was able to release it.  This work can be done by itself, or as a component of a Spiritual Journey or Vibrational Alignment.
